Clubtickets e-tickets have many great benefits including:

• No paper tickets to lose. Just print your e-ticket again if you misplace it
• Get fast-track entry through the priority queuing system with selected partners

How do e-tickets work?

1. Choose your event, add tickets to the basket
2. Log in or register. Please only buy tickets when logged in to your own user account
3. Complete payment details. For Visa cards you may be required to authenticate your card with Verified by Visa. For MasterCards you may be required to authenticate your card with MasterCard SecureCode
4. The download of your ticket will start automatically. Additionally you will receive and email with your e-tickets attached to it in Adobe Acrobat .pdf format.

Please print the e-ticket and read the important information and venue entry instructions. You will need to take your e-ticket with you to the guest list entrance at the club.

You must present the original credit card used to buy the tickets, if requested.

For Ibiza tickets you may be asked for photo ID to prove you are the cardholder.

Please check the individual venue door policies on your tickets for the exact requirements.

You can access your User Account through the Clubtickets website to check the status of any orders and print your e-ticket again if you lose it.
